19 Year Old Denies Violently Resisting Arrest
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [July 9], a 19 year old denied obstructing police, violently resisting arrest, and unlawfully wounding a police constable.
Tremayne Bean plead guilty to speeding, then plead not guilty to three other charges all allegedly stemming from his being stopped for speeding on 8th July.
Senior Magistrate Archie Warner decided to retain Mr. Bean in custody overnight until his trial on his not guilty pleas which the Magistrate set for tomorrow afternoon.
