CoP Holds Annual Appreciation Reception

On Thursday, June 26, 2014, The Centre on Philanthropy [CoP] held its annual Member Appreciation Reception at O’Hara House in Hamilton, with members and supporters honoured at a cocktail reception which included among its guests Governor George Fergusson, Minister of Community, Culture and Sports and invited speaker Wayne Scott, and Senator Jeffrey Baron, who represented Premier Michael Dunkley.

During the course of the evening, The Centre on Philanthropy handed out awards and deep appreciation to its Foundation Circle Members for 2013-14 in recognition of donors who have supported The Centre on Philanthropy through grants, sponsorships, memberships fees, and in-kind gifts in excess of $25,000 during the past fiscal year.

Awards and sincere thanks were also given to The Centre on Philanthropy’s Decade of Partnership Members, in recognition of the 66 non-profit organisations who have been consistent members for 10 years or more.”
