Scraders Wins Second Gold At Championships

Kyrah Scraders took Bermuda’s medal count to four while competing at the 2014 CAC Junior Championships in Morelia, Mexico winning gold in the 14-17 Girls 400m Dash with a time of 55.55.

Scraders previously captured a gold medal during the 14-17 Girls 800m Junior B race clocking a time of 2:14.00 and Kyle Webb picked up a bronze medal in the 18-19 Boy’s 100m Final clocking a time of 10.55.

Jah-Nhai Perinchief also captured a bronze medal competing in the 14-17 Boy’s High Jump recording a top leap of 2.02m

The team returns home tonight and are scheduled to arrive on the American Airlines flight from Miami at 7.15pm.
