Court: 46 Year Old Woman Denies Five Charges
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [July 10], a 46-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to five counts stemming from an alleged confrontation with police on July 9, 2014 in Paget.
Nicole Lambert told Senior Magistrate Archie Warner that she was not guilty on two charges of assaulting police, not guilty to a third charge of violently resisting arrest, not guilty to a fourth charge of using offensive words to police, and not guilty of a fifth charge of using threatening words.
Regarding the latter two charges, Ms. Lambert is accused of saying, “You f****** foreigners, you just here for a f****** paycheck. F*** all of you guys,” and, ““When I get out I’ma f*** you up. This ain’t no threat, it’s a promise.”
Ms. Lambert was ordered to be remanded into custody until her trial.
