Bermuda Hockey Team Defeat Visiting LaSalle
LaSalle University out of Boston became the third overseas hockey team to visit Bermuda in a 10 day period.
LaSalle took on the Bermuda Women’s National team at the National Sports Center with the host coming away with a 5 – 0 victory.
Claire Wyatt opened the scoring with a Field Goal in the 20th minute, Wyatt doubled the lead with her second Field Goal of the game four minutes later.
Maya Palacio gave the Bermuda Women’s National team a 3 – 0 lead with a Field Goal in the 43rd minute, Wyatt completed her hat-trick with a Field Goal in the 60th minute and then Palacio closed out the scoring with a Field Goal in the 66th minute.
