Man Pleads Not Guilty To Possessing Grinder

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Aug 8], a 23-year-old man pleaded not guilty to a charge involving drug paraphernalia.

Niko Smith pleaded not guilty to possessing a grinder that was fitted for use with a controlled drug on April 3 in Pembroke.

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner granted Mr. Smith $2,000 bail and set trial for October.
