47 Yr Old Man Denies Possessing Cocaine

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Sept 23], a 47 year old man denied possessing cocaine that was intended for supply,

Trevor Simons plead not guilty to possessing cocaine freebase intended for supply, with the amount said to be worth $5,300; possessing cannabis, with the amount said to be worth $55; and possessing a metal grinder fitted for use with illegal drugs.

The three charges arose from a police intervention in Warwick on 15th July 2014. Senior Magistrate Archie Warner trial for December 2014 and set bail at $20,000 with one surety, and ordered that Mr Simons should report to the Hamilton Police Station every Monday and that he must surrender all his travel documents.
