Clarien Bank’s Award & Scholarship Winners

Clarien Bank announced the winners of both the Clarien Chairman’s Award and the Clarien Employee Scholarship Programme. Both initiatives were created to reward excellence in the organization and further demonstrate the bank’s ongoing commitment to its employees.

The Chairman’s Award, given to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional employee behavior exceeding that of their normal working responsibilities, was given to Shana Williams, Head of Branch and Teller Services.

Keith Stock, Chairman of Clarien Bank Limited, said: “Shana has proven to be a true leader within the team at Clarien, embodying our core values of team work, integrity and a strong client focus.

“She has led by example and I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely congratulate her on behalf of the senior management for all of her hard work.”

Secondly, the Clarien Employee Scholarship Programme, established to invest in the development of Clarien employees, has been awarded to:

  • Malikah Furqan, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration;
  • Jennifer Wild, enrolling in a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management; and
  • Kwame Curling, currently completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology
