Concordance, Kixko Partner To Offer Elearning

September 5, 2014

Kixko has announced a new and exclusive partnership with Concordance Ltd. to provide distribution of its AML e-learning solutions in Bermuda.

The company said, “The Bermuda tailored courses, some of which were previously piloted across industry participants, are interactive and engage the learner through the use of real-life scenarios users may encounter in performing their day-to-day job functions.

“The current courses are designed to comply with Bermuda AML/CFT regulations for financial entities and suit all levels, from administrators to directors. The idea is to allow institutions the flexibility to organize awareness training for various trainee levels depending on their exposure to possible money laundering.

“This solution is both cost effective and efficient allowing the subscriber to fulfill the training component of their AML/CFT Program. Smaller institutions will appreciate the reduction in resources required to complete their training.

“Larger institutions will enjoy the ease of online registration, learner management and audit module tracking mechanisms that are built into the Kixko systems. Even the testing is automated. At the end of each course, the system gives the user an e-test and, subject to satisfactory results, can generate a certificate of completion.

Priscilla Murray Brown, principal consultant at Concordance, “We are excited to partner with Kixko and focus our combined energies to help deliver industry leading and effective AML training. Kixko’s courses offer a vivid and relatable way to connect users with content and can be a powerful tool either on their own or as part of a blended training strategy. For Concordance, this represents another solid step in expanding our presence as a full service provider of compliance solutions specific to Bermuda regulated entities and the Bermuda regulatory regime.

“As an inaugural partnership event, on Tuesday September 9th, Concordance and Kixko will be holding a seminar on Providing the most effective AML/CFT updates to your Board. The cost is $75.00. The event will take place at the Spirit of Bermuda Room on the 4thFloor of the Argus Building. A light continental breakfast will be served starting at 8:30 a.m. The seminar will run from 9-10 a.m. and attendees will receive a certificate of completion.”
