Man Denies Prowling, Remanded In Custody

September 22, 2014

A 53 year old man appeared in Magistrates Court this morning [Sept 22], where he was remanded into custody after denying a charge of prowling.

David Fubler pleaded not guilty to prowling about a Euclid Avenue house on 21st September 2014. Prosecutor Susan Mulligan told Senior Magistrate Archie Warner that the Crown objected to bail, and Mr Fubler was remanded into custody.

The Court heard that Mr Fubler has a criminal record that goes back decades, and that remanding Mr Fubler into custody would enable him to receive psychiatric care and support.

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner set a mention date for next month.
