Video: BF&M To Close, Releases Safety Tips
In preparation for Hurricane Gonzalo, the offices of BF&M will be closed for business on Friday [Oct 17].
A spokesperson said, “Following Hurricane Gonzalo, we will be open for business as soon as possible after the storm passes to assist our customers, once the Emergency Measures Operation has advised that it is safe to travel on the roads and our immediate skeleton crew is available for service.
“We will advise our social media channels and local media as soon as this happens.
“The safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority.
“Once it’s deemed safe, BF&M employees will also be stationed at the St. George’s Club starting Saturday [Oct 18] afternoon to service our East End customers who may not be able to cross the Causeway.
“East End clients will be able to file property damage claims at this location, and our employees in the East End will be available to survey their damages.
“If you are a BF&M customer and sustain damage as a result of Hurricane Gonzalo, please contact BF&M claims as soon as you can, by whatever means you prefer. You can call us on our 24/7 property claims hotline on 298 0247, or our regular number on 295-5566.
