CableVision: 99% Of Video, 95% Of Internet

99% of CableVision’s video subscribers and 95% of internet subscribers are now back online, and the company said they hope that by Wednesday all their customers will be back online.

“We will continue to work over the weekend in Smith’s, Devonshire and Southampton, along with other parishes across the island to restore service to individual homes that are still without service. We hope that by Wednesday all our customers will be watching TV and surfing the internet.”

Bermuda CableVision CEO Terry Roberson said, “We are pleased to report that 99 percent of our video subscribers and 95 percent of our internet subscribers are now back online.

“We will continue to work over the weekend in Smith’s, Devonshire and Southampton, along with other parishes across the island to restore service to individual homes that are still without service. We hope that by Wednesday all our customers will be watching TV and surfing the internet.”

    This is nonsense. 99% and Smith’s, Devonshire and Southampton remain. My whole neighborhood in Sandy’s is still without service. Show me these figures.

    I say nonsense too! Whole areas of Hamilton Parish still without cable as well. How is that even possible they have 99% fixed. It’s crap

    99%? most of the south shore has no cable, been off internet all this time. My neighbors and I are getting BTC connected form today today, very poor customer service. BOOO

    This is garbage. I’ve been without cable since Oct 11th (Fay). No one will answer the phone or reply to e-mails. A CV truck came to my address last week, workers looked at the line and left. Cable Vision needs to compensate fairly for their horrible customer service.
