Motorcyclist Injured In Single Vehicle Collision

A motorcyclist was injured and taken to hospital on Sunday [Oct 26] after colliding with a curb on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish.

A police spokesperson said, “Around 6:30pm on Sunday, October 26th first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on North Shore Road in Hamilton parish near the junction with Radnor Road.

“It appears that a motorcyclist was riding along North Shore Road when he collided with the curb. The 40 year old Pembroke man was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of a leg injury.

“Inquiries regarding this collision are ongoing and any witnesses should contact PC Stephen Millar at the Southside Police Station on telephone number 293-2222.”
