Woman Denies Inflicting Harm, Making Threats

Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 32 year old woman denied charges of inflicting bodily harm and uttering threatening words to another woman.

Michaelia Selvin pleaded not guilty to all the charges, which were alleged to have taken place in a Euclid Avenue house on October 2nd, 2014.

The first count alleged she, having entered as a trespasser, inflicted bodily harm on another woman. The second count alleged she uttered threatening words to the other woman , saying: “I’m going to f****** kill you. I’m going to f*** you up”

The third, and final count, alleged she willfully and unlawfully damaged a screen door belonging to the woman, causing damage exceeding $60.

Senior Magistrate Archie Warner set trial for January 2015. and granted Ms Selvin $2,000 bail.
