33 Year Old Denies Uttering Threatening Words

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Nov 27], a 33-year-old man denied using threatening words to another man in October.

Shomari Virgil pleaded not guilty to using threatening words in Hamilton Parish, on 26 October with the Court hearing he allegedly told another man: “Hey, you better stay away from my girl. I should f— you up. I can come and get you. I’m going to deal with you. I’ll blow you away.”

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted Mr Virgil $1,000 bail, set trial for February 2015, and ordered that in the meantime, Mr Virgil must stay away from Mr Simons.
