Argus Group Continues Global Expansion
The Argus Group of Companies today [Nov 18] announced the acquisition of the client portfolio of Millennium Insurance Agency Ltd [Millennium] in Malta, on October 24, 2014.
A spokesperson said, “In keeping with Argus’ commitment to seek further opportunities for global expansion, the purchase of Millennium’s client relationships allows Argus Insurance Agencies Limited [AIAL] in Malta to further strengthen its existing commercial customer base, while growing its existing portfolio through new and complementary lines of business.”
