Ball Hockey: North Stars, Flames, Seals Win

The Bermuda Ball Hockey Season resumed with a triple header at the PCC Hockey Rink, with a total of 29 goals scored.

In the opener the Minnesota North Stars defeated the Quebec Nordiques 9 – 5. The Minnesota North Stars got 5 goals from Cory Caouette, 2 goals from Nathan Kowalski and single goals from Shannon Goose and Evan Gernant.

JM Tremblay scored a hat-trick for the Quebec Nordiques, while Bill Calko and Kyle Chisholm added a goal each.

In the second match of the day, the Atlanta Flames defeated the Toronto Arenas 4 – 1. The Atlanta Flames got two goals from Jeffrey Loper and single strikes from Jacob Amlong and Ryan Wilson, while Chris Allington scored the lone goal for the Toronto Arenas.

The final game of the day produced 10 goals, with the California Golden Seals defeating the Colorado Rockies 6 – 4. The California Golden Seals were led to victory with four goals off the stick of Adam Chevis.

They also got single strikes from Tom Miller and David Gazzard, while Christopher Merritt scored a hat-trick for the Colorado Rockies and they got a single goal from Sebastian Robson.
