KPMG To Hold Parent, Teacher Info Session

November 25, 2014

KPMG will hold their annual information session for teachers and parents to advise how KPMG can help shape students’ interests in the business and financial services sector into a rewarding career.

“This session is a great opportunity for both parents and teachers to gain valuable insight into the career opportunities KPMG can offer students currently studying in their senior years of high school or enrolled in a university undergraduate programme,” KPMG said.

The information session will discuss:

  • The types of careers available at KPMG in Bermuda;
  • Hands-on work experience opportunities including KPMG’s internship programme
  • KPMG scholarship;
  • KPMG’s Graduate Programme and subsequent opportunities for full-time employment; and
  • An overview of the Chartered Professional Accountant [Canada] and Certified Public Accountant

[US] programmes for prospective accountants.

The event will be hosted by our Graduate Programme Managing Director, Steve Woodward and Wanda Armstrong, HR and Graduate Recruitment Manager, and will take place from 5:30pm-7:00pm on Monday, December 8, 2014 at KPMG, Crown House on Par-la-ville Road in Hamilton.

If you would like to attend, as spaces are limited, kindly RSVP by Thursday, December 4, 2014 by emailing Wanda Armstrong at wandaarmstrong@kpmg.bm or by calling 294-2679.

Although students are welcome to attend, KPMG will also be hosting a separate student-only K-Nect Student Networking event on Thursday, December 18, 2014.
