A2Z Fashions & Heaven Sent Boutique Opens

This past Saturday, the Minister of Home Affairs Michael Fahy attended the grand opening for two new Queen Street businesses – A2Z Fashions & Heaven Sent Boutique.

The businesses are run collectively by Joy Hunt, Angel Burgess, and Niketa Lambert who all owned individual businesses before forming their partnership.

Also in attendance at the grand opening was Bermuda Economic Development [BEDC] Chairman Nicholas Kempe.

“BEDC remains vigilant in its mandate to support business owners through training, market knowledge, as well as the provision of seminars and networking opportunities,” said Minister Fahy.

“With this being Global Entrepreneurship Week, I am honoured to be in attendance at the Grand Opening of A2Z Fashions & Heaven Sent Boutique.

“BEDC has helped these ladies through providing ongoing business advice starting from when they were separate businesses through to when they partnered and combined retail shops.”

Mr. Kempe said, “Our goal at BEDC is to strengthen the market industry and provide avenues for retail enterprise to grow in Bermuda.”
