The Bermuda Netball Association’s League Season continued at Bernard Park, with Under 16 and Senior League matches on tap.
Senior Games
The Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds defeated the Signworx Netts 60 – 27. Danielle Raynor led the way for the Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds with 50 goals, while Ebonie Burgess added 10 goals. Steveantae McCallan scored 9 goals for the Signworx Netts, Amali Smith added 8 goals and Kimale Evans scored three times.
The Young Men Social Club Blazzin Bluebirds defeated the WWC Pink Panthers 48 – 22. The Young Men Social Club Blazzin Bluebirds were led to victory by Fredricka Samuels who scored 43 goals, Lane Woodley added 3 goals and Imani Smith scored once. Kirstin Saltus scored 13 goals for the WWC Pink Panthers, with Nikita Trott adding 9 goals.
The Datatech For-Ts edged the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Too 29 – 28. The Datatech For-Ts got 20 goals from Alex Dowling, 5 goals from Rose Saunders and 4 goals from Karen Jones. T’Yanna Hayward scored 19 goals for the Young Men Social Club Bluebirds Too, with Sondenae Woods-Bell scoring 9 goals.
Under 16 League
The North Village Lady Rams and the Signworx Netts White ended their match locked at 17 – 17. Jada Richards scored 9 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, while Xon-Naye Hung scored 8 goals, the Signworx Netts goals came from Donnauri Robinson.
The Young Men Social Club Bluebird Juniors defeated the Datatech Netts Green 25 – 14. Demiqua Daniels scored 14 goals for the Young Men Social Club Bluebird Juniors, while Kiara Francis added 11 goals, Kaamilah Nasir scored 9 goals for the Datatech Netts Green, Maya Saunders added 5 goals.
