Court Orders Man To Not Enter St George’s

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Jan 21], a 29-year-old man denied prowling about a St George’s residence, with the Magistrate releasing him on bail and ordering that he not enter St. George’s parish.

James Warren pleaded not guilty to four counts of prowling about a St George’s residence.

The charges covered dates in January 2015, and it was alleged that a stepladder had been used to allegedly allow Mr Warren to peep into a window of the residence.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted Mr Warren $3,000 bail with one surety, set trial for May 2015, and ordered Mr Warren to have no contact with the complainants and to not enter the Parish of St George’s.
