HSBC Bermuda Staff Log 2500 Volunteer Hours

February 5, 2015

The Centre on Philanthropy launched the Volunteer.bm website in 2006, an online tool that local charities can use to post volunteer opportunities and members of the community can search for personal volunteer options.

Through this website, companies can also sign up for the Team Tracker Programme, which allows company staff to log and track their own personal volunteer hours.

Since 2006, HSBC staff have had the opportunity to log their personal volunteer hours through the Team Tracker Programme. HSBC award their top employees who log the most volunteer hours with cash prize donations to the charity of their choice.

HSBC has supported the Volunteer.bm website for 8 years, and actively promote the Team Tracker programme to staff. Currently, 59 HSBC staff have registered with the on-line Team Tracker programme, and have collectively logged over 2,500 volunteer hours since 2006.
