Mardi Gras Reverse Coed Tournament Results
The Bermuda Volleyball Association held its annual Mardi Gras Reverse Co-ed tournament at Warwick Academy yesterday [Feb 22], with the results seeing Bola Loca take first place, while Kastañas and Kiss My Ace rounded out second and third place respectively.
First Place: Bola Loca
The tournament saw teams play 6-a-side with a women’s height net and men only allowed to hit from the back line. Teams were encouraged to dress up, and the event saw prizes given away, including gift certificates worth $250 from tournament sponsor Docksiders Pub and Restaurant.
Second Place: Kastañas
A spokesperson said, “Thank you everyone for participating in our annual Mardi Gras Reverse Co-ed tournament, sponsored by Docksider Pub and Restaurant. Congratulations to our winners.”
Consolation: Kiss my Ace
