71-Year-Old Man Denies Wounding Another Man

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Mar 30], a 71-year-old man denied wounding another man late last year.

Davis Lathan pleaded not guilty to unlawfully wounding another man on 17th November 2014.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for June and granted bail at $4,000 with the proviso that Mr Lathan must have no contact with the complainant.
