Vacation Rental Accommodation Site Launches
JBM Realty and Associates have launched a new Bermudian vacation rentals accommodation website called White Roof B&B, which connects people looking to rent their Bermuda homes/apartments to visitors looking for accommodation on the island.
Bermudian Web and Graphic development company Advanced Services developed the White Roof B&B website and will be managing marketing efforts and social media integration.
George Botelho from Advanced Services explained that the White Roof B&B website “offers a professional and feature rich experience to both those interested in renting their accommodation and those seeking accommodation in Bermuda.
“Hosts will have the ability to easily select the availability dates and pricing, enter a comprehensive description, add photos and be able to manage their listings easily.”
Mr Botelho added, “Those seeking accommodation in Bermuda will be able to search for and book accommodation and even Bermuda excursions and other hospitality related services from anywhere in the world easily and securely.
“A wide choice of properties with varied amenities and facilities will suit the budgets and requirements of any visitor. Properties listed are validated as appropriate ensuring quality visitor accommodation choices.

Interesting a Vacation Rental site uses all Hotel pictures in its advertising. I hope they have permission to do so, though I doubt it.

They really need to fix that potato quality video they have in the site header… I’d suggest quality hi-res stills that actually show case property listings…
Great idea but the site needs a bit of work because that Pre order Grocery thing blocks everything else out. Hopefully they will also add a rating system for feedback
I don’t see that issue when i use the site. It loads fast and is easy to navigate. Maybe you had an issue with your Internet connection.
The Sandys, Devonshire and Warwick photos all appear to be of the pools at the Reefs Hotel and Residences, which is in…. Southampton.
The first problem I see with this website is that it asks Where in Bermuda or what parish. A first timer to Bermuda using this site will not know which parish is what and where. It should have a breakdown of “Close to Beaches”, “near City”, “East”, “West”, etc. But in all, the website opens very nicely with great scenery. Almost makes me want to visit and I live here in Bermuda.
Excellent website JBM Realty and Associates and Advanced Services. I have an available apartment that i have been thinking of renting to tourists and this website is perfect for me. I just created an account and listed my apartment. It was very easy to use and has some very useful features. I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to rent to visitors.
What a great idea and website. There isn’t any other realty agency or website in Bermuda offering such a platform that offers ease of use, a logical concept, etc. to rent to visitors. It is a great model and made better by the fact that they offer additional realty services as well and will market the website to visitors. This website is also perfect for the upcoming Americas Cup since many of us can rent our homes/apartments (to make much needed money) and those visiting can easily find alternatives to the Fairmonts, Elbow Beaches, etc. Many people can’t afford or don’t want to stay in hotels/resorts. Another advantage is that i think there isn’t a tax added to what visitors pay at smaller accommodations in Bermuda.
Too bad virtually ALL of the images have been STOLEN and used by the developer without the Hotels or the photographers permission!
To top it off all of the home page images are from multi million dollar hotels and have nothing to do with what is being rented!
