Court: Two Men Deny Murder Of Prince Edness

Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments session this morning [Apr 1], two men denied the murder of Prince Edness.

On December 7th 2014, police responded to a shooting that took place in Southampton, which saw 29 year old Prince Edness fatally shot, and the suspect[s] fire at a police officer who was chasing them.

Jaqui Pearman DeSilva, 20, and Joshua Usher, 21, pleaded not guilty to multiple counts; including the murder of Prince Edness, using a firearm while committing an indictable offence; possession of a prohibited weapon; and possession of ammunition.

The pair, currently on remand, will remain on remand until the start of their September 2015 trial.
