Town Crier Competition To Begin On Wednesday
The Bermuda International Town Crier Competition is set to begin on Wednesday [Apr 22] with the St. George’s Cry at King’s Square at 1.30pm, while the Dockyard Cry will follow on April 23 on the Great Lawn at 11.00am.
The Hamilton Cry, the final event, will take place on the City Hall steps in Hamilton on April 24 at 11.00am. Admission to all events is free.
The first ever Hamilton Junior Town Crier Competition was held on April 17, with students participating from Bermuda Institute, Dellwood Middle School, and Mount Saint Agnes Academy.
