Four Hour Endurance Race Set For May 31st
The Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club [BMRC] is getting set to to host its first event of the season, a four-hour endurance race event set to be held on Sunday, May 31.
The event will take place beginning at 1.00pm at Bermuda Motorsports Park, with registration available from 9.00am through 11.00am. A cash purse and medals will be on hand for the podium finishing teams.
A spokesperson said, “We are only a few days away from our first event of 2015. Our first ever 4 Hour Endurance Race event is this Sunday, May 31, 2015. This will be the first time we are organizing this length of an endurance event and we are looking forward to having you all out to participant or spectate.”
BMRC membership costs $100 for adults, $50 for youths 12 and under, $100 per team, or $20 per rider on a team [minimum age 11]. Racing categories include Superminis [SuperStock Minis, Super Minis, Streetbike Superstock] and Superbikes [Streetbike Open, Scooter 70, MiniGP, Moto 3 & Formula Extreme].
