Neehari Robinson’s Funeral Being Live Streamed

Following a battle with cancer, young Neehari Robinson’s life was cut tragically short at only 12-years-old, with a funeral service to celebrate his memory taking place today [June 25].

The service is being live-streamed online in order to allow people across the island and around the world to pay their respects to the brave young man; click here to access the live stream.

Neehari’s obituary says, “It is with sadness that we announce the death of Neehari Kieshon John Robinson, in his 13th year, loving son of Otis and Shakira Robinson, of Birmingham, UK, formerly of Southampton, Bermuda.

“Cherishing his memory are his brothers and sisters Otis Robinson Jr., Shemar Rawlins, Niecekiel, Neeijha, and Nieshae Robinson, gran LaVerne Richardson, grandfathers John W. Cann, and Kenneth Robinson, uncles Delvechio Robinson and Carlton Smith Jr., aunts Johnelle [George] Davis, La Toia Richardson, Chalyce Zuill, and Shanae Harford, cousins Juanaye Davis, Gion Belboda Richardson, and Devohn Davis, special friends Mohammed Usman, Aaliyah and Zyon Asarie, numerous great-uncles, great-aunts, and cousins.

“Neehari was predeceased by his great-grandmother Bernice Rogers, papa John Richardson Jr., nana Deborah Smith and cousin Jeremiah Davis.”

  1. To Otis & Shakira, we want you to know our thoughts and prayers are with you and for you, as we grieve as family we are sadden at the fact that Neehari’s journey has come to end here on earth but his life’s journey is just beginning in the home of the Heavenly Kingdom.

    To all our family as we have had the privilege to watch this home going celebration, both from far and near, The U.K., Europe, Africa,Canada, U.S.A,The Caribbean and here at home in Bermuda, We want to as a family pause and say thank you to Bernews for allowing this home-going to be streamed live on Bernews, it has deeply touched the hearts of us as a family.Thank you from the depths of our hearts and especially for many of us who could not be in attendance in person.

    TO all of our families, Robinson, Santucci, Bascome,Fox, Smith’s, Dill and the list will go on and on but hold on tomorrow is still a brighter day, but today is the best day we have thus far. may you all be strengthen and hold on to the promise that Neehari is being kept in the bosom of Jesus Christ and with that we have a assurance that we shall see him again.
