Court: 22-Year-Old Man Remanded In Custody

August 21, 2015

Appearing in Magistrates Court yesterday [Aug 20], 22-year-old Travis Lowe was remanded into custody until returning to court on September 3.

The decision was handed down by Magistrate Archie Warner after Mr. Lowe plead not guilty to multiple charges, all arising from actions alleged to have occurred in Hamilton on July 19, 2015.

The charges alleged that Lowe drove dangerously on Reid Street; used threatening behavior towards a man who had been working that night as a security guard; attempted to cause bodily harm to that man; and attempted to cause willful damage to a cycle driven by that man.
