Butterfield Treasury Shares Buy Back Program
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited announced that during the month of August 2015, the Bank purchased for Treasury 204,945 Common Shares at an average price of $1.737 per share. In addition, there were no Preference Shares purchased.
