Supreme Court: Two Men Deny Robbery Charges

In this morning’s [Sept 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session, two men faced charges of robbery in unrelated cases.

Defended by lawyer Charles Richardson, Gregory Tucker plead not guilty to robbery and using an imitation firearm to commit an indictable offence in St George’s on 9th June 2015. This, was the alleged robbery at the Butterfield Bank branch in St George’s.

Also appearing in an unrelated matter was Taijuan Angelo Davis, who pleaded not guilty to robbery and using an imitation firearm to commit an indictable offence in Warwick on 4th February 2015. This was the alleged stealing of a woman’s motorcycle on South Shore Road in Warwick.

Both were remanded into custody.
