Somers Limited’s Share Repurchases
Somers Limited, a Bermuda exempted financial services investment holding company, announced the following shares repurchases:
Between March 1, 2015 and March 30, 2015, a total of 6,100 common shares of the Company were repurchased at an average price of $14.25 per share, for cancellation.
Between July 1, 2015 and July 30, 2015 a total of 6,800 common shares of the Company were repurchased at an average price of $13.50 per share, for cancellation.
Between August 1, 2015 and August 31, 2015 a total of 3,700 common shares of the Company were repurchased at an average price of $13.75 per share, for cancellation.
Between September 1, 2015 and September 23, 2015 a total of 5,700 common shares of the Company were repurchased at an average price of $13.00 per share, for cancellation.
There are 13,322 treasury shares that were purchased during 2014 or prior to March 2015 that were omitted from our previous cancellation request.
