Does BELCO have the authority to clolse off any road. Thought that would be a Government dept. decision.

What’s the problem? That road is always closed when Belco have to do any work in the area. Would you prefer to drive through and have something come crashing down on your car? Jeesh, these blogs can be so silly and petty at times.
