Court: 21-Year-Old Denies Multiple Charges

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Oct 26], Tahva Virgil pleaded not guilty to multiple charges including trespassing and two counts of dishonestly receiving jewelry and cash that he knew or believed to be stolen.

The total value was alleged to be over $5,900 with the incidents alleged to have occurred between October 2014 and June of this year in Southampton.

The Magistrate set trial for January 2016, granted the 21-year-old bail at $10,000 with one Surety, and ordered that Virgil abide by an 8:00pm to 6:00am curfew.
