Court: 31-Year-Old Man Denies Sexual Assault
At this morning’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session, a 31-year-old man pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman, depriving her of her liberty, and the burglary of and prowling about her residence.
He also plead guilty to the aggravated sexual assault of the woman with all four charges arising from alleged incidents and actions alleged to have occurred in May 2015.
