Court: 22-Year-Old Man Denies Trespass, Theft

Appearing in Magistrates Court, 22-year-old Lequan Outerbridge elected to be tried in Magistrate’s Court and then plead not guilty to a charge alleging he had trespassed in a house in Devonshire in December and stolen $3,500 in cash and just over $15,000 worth of items in the form of watches, rings, necklaces, and an iPhone. The charge was that he had acted with others who were currently before the Court.

Mr Outerbridge was given a trial date in February 2016 and was granted bail of $10,000 with one Surety in a like amount. He was also ordered to report to Hamilton Police Station every Monday and Wednesday.
