Man & Woman Deny Drug Possession Charges

Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session, a man and woman denied charges alleging they possessed cocaine, cannabis, cannabis resin, and a grinder.

Mr Daymon Simmons, 40, and Ms Erica Young, 37, faced multiple charges and pleaded not guilty to all of them.

The charges were that on 27th August 2014, in an Increased Penalty Zone, they possessed, with intent to supply, cocaine, cannabis, cannabis resin, and a grinder.

They also faced a charge that between a date unknown and 27th August 2014, as occupiers of a property, they allowed the use of their premises in connection with unlawful activity.

They were given an April 2016 trial date.
