The hotel said, “Teddy Bear Tea is designed especially for children and is set against a magical backdrop of holiday decorations.

“The class is a unique opportunity to learn from a French chef certified in pastry, baking, chocolate and ice cream production. A light dinner will follow featuring desserts that were created in class.”

“The holidays are always a special time at the hotel,” said Allan Federer, general manager, Hamilton Princess. “Our Teddy Bear Tea is a popular event for families and we are thrilled to offer it again this year.

The spokesperson added, “Chef Pannier’s pastry class is not to be missed for people who like to bake or for those with a sweet tooth. We look forward to welcoming you to the hotel for the holidays and wish everyone a happy holiday season.”
