“Art 4 Sail” Applications Due On January 27

Masterworks and the Bermuda Sloop Foundation are reminding participants in the ‘Art 4 Sail’ project that applications are due by January 27.

Applications can be submitted to Masterworks in person or via email at artmworks@logic.bm.

A Masterworks spokesperson previously said, “Sixty fiberglass sail boats have been brought in as empty canvases, ready to be designed and auctioned, with all proceeds going toward Masterworks and the Bermuda Sloop Foundation.

“Sixty successful applicants will be selected based off of their design and concept, submitted in their application by January 8, 2016.

“The boats will be delivered at the end of January to those selected; all paint and varnish will be provided by Pembroke Paint, and the boats must be completed and returned to us to auction by the third week of April.”
