Court: Woman Charged With Causing GBH

Appearing in Magistrates Court, 24-year-old Jasmine Smith was not required to enter a plea to the charge she faced as it must be heard in the Supreme Court.

The charge was that on 8th January 2016, she caused grievous bodily harm to another woman.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered that Ms Smith appear at the March Arraignments Session, set bail at $10,000, required a surety, and ordered that Ms Smith have no contact with the complainant.
