Flying Colours Mountain Bike Series Results
The 2015/2016 Flying Colors Mountain Bike Race Series continued with the eighth race of the season at Ferry Reach this weekend, with 102 competitors competing in 8 different divisions.
Matthew Oliveira took the course by storm in the Male A Division recording the win clocking a 8 lap time of 54:33.3, Kaden Hopkins finished in second place with a 8 lap time of 56:56.0 and Chequan Richardson finished third with a time of 58:06.5 also completing 8 laps.
The Male Veteran Over 40 Division was won by Hans Hirschi who clocked a 6 lap time of 47:03.9, Chris Roque was second in 41:10.8 finishing one lap down and Peter Dunne also finished a lap down in third clocking 42:53.7.
Alyssa Rowse won the Female B Division race completing 5 laps clocking a time of 48:21.3, Ashley Robinson finished one lap down in second with a time of 41:06.1, while Tristan Narraway was third in 43:38.3. Jennifer Wilson won the Female Novice Division, clocking an 3 lap time of 33:34.5, Kim Rayond was second in 35:09.1 and Andrea Proctor was third in 37:06.8.
