Court: 59-Year-Old Denies Grievous Bodily Harm

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [March 10], 59-year-old Pembroke resident Ernest Smith denied that in March 2016, in Pembroke, he had caused grievous bodily harm to another man and abused a senior citizen.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set Smith’s trial for June, and granted bail at $5,000 with the stipulation that Mr Smith was to have no contact with the senior.
