National Squash Championships Results Day #4
The fourth day saw quarter-finals take place at the 2016 Digicel Bermuda National Squash Championships taking place at the Bermuda Squash Racquets Association Club in Devonshire.
The Semi-Finals in the Men’s A Division and the Ladies Open Division have gone to plan. In the Men’s A Division Micah Franklin advanced in straight games over Adam Shields 11-5, 11-7, 11-3, while Patrick Foster defeated Jason Shrubb 11-5, 11-7, 11-3 and Kristen Johnson defeated Robbie Maycock 11-2, 11-1, 11-3, but Noah Browne needed five games to get the better of a determined Kristian Muldoon 10-12, 11-0, 5-11, 11-4, 11-4.
In the Ladies Open Quarter Finals, three games only needed three games, Rachel Barnes defeated Jayne Craig 11-1, 11-3, 11-7, Susie Lacey defeated Joann Bielby 11-2, 11-7, 11-1 and Laura Robinson defeated Sarah Nicholson 11-4, 12-10, 11-9, however Denise Kyme needed five games and two extra points to defeat Juliette Ferrari-McComb 6-11, 17-15, 11-3, 4-11, 13-11.
