Sunday March 6th: “Good News” Spotlight

News that XL Group is proposing moving their parent holding company’s place of incorporation to Bermuda, Berkeley student Zeico Swan was praised for being a good samaritan, Bermuda was ranked as one of the “world’s friendliest islands” by Travel+Leisure in their 2016 World’s Best Awards survey, and four people were awarded for their voluntary service to St John Ambulance and the community were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.

We also posted various community photo galleries, including coverage of the Brothers of Bermuda launch, women’s rugby, RC44 sailing, equestrian RES Spring Show, the superyacht “Sirona III” in St George’s, Telford Electric Magic Mile, Classic Bike Club Charity Ride, the St George’s Council Seniors Tea and the Pirates of Bermuda fundraising event.
