Polaris Holding’s March Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Polaris Holding Company Limited announced that during the month of March 2016, the Company purchased 13,050 of its own common shares [the “Shares”] at a cost of $4.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
In addition to Stevedoring Services Limited, Polaris Holding Company Limited operates Mill Reach Holding Company Limited, a company which holds real estate located at Mill Reach Lane, Pembroke. It also operates Equipment Sales and Rental Limited, a company which owns and leases heavy operating machinery and equipment to Stevedoring Services Limited.
