Free Healthy Relationships Seminar On May 10
The Sunshine League is getting set to host a free seminar on Healthy Relationships, with the event rescheduled from its original date in March and now being held on May 10.
The seminar will be held from 5.30pm to 6.45pm at The Sunshine League PLACE [Personal Learning Assistance Centre] at 27 King Street in Hamilton.
Topics that will be covered include “What are relationships? [Happy, Healthy & Realistic]; How to communicate effectively [including boundary setting & assertiveness skills]; The impact of self-esteem and body image on relationships; and Texting & social media and relationships [avoiding dangers such as Revenge Porn].”
The seminar is being presented by Ms. Patrice Frith Hayward; Founder and Executive Director of the Women’s V.I.P. Network.
