PLP To Hold Meeting On Airport Redevelopment

The PLP will be hosting Town Hall meeting on the airport redevelopment project at 7.30pm on Tuesday, May 3rd at Sandys Secondary Middle School.

A statement from the party said, “Constituency 34 of the Progressive Labour Party, in collaboration with Constituencies 33, 35 and 36, is pleased to host a Town Hall meeting on the Airport Redevelopment Project. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 3, at 7:30pm at the Sandys Secondary Middle School Assembly Hall.

“Featured panelists will be Acting Deputy Leader & Shadow Immigration Minister, Walter Roban JP, MP, and Shadow Transport Minister, W. Lawrence Scott JP, MP.

“Also participating in the evening will be West End MPs, Jamahl Simmons, JP, of C33, Kim Wilson, JP, of C34, the Hon. Dennis Lister, JP, of C35 and Michael Scott, JP of C36.

“The moderator for the evening will be Mr. Makai Dickerson, Chairman of C34.

“During this meeting there will be presentations from the panelists, as well as an opportunity for members of the public to ask valuable questions about this controversial project.

“It is critical that a project of this magnitude and national importance should be treated with full disclosure and we continue our call for transparency from the OBA Government.

“Members of the public from across the political spectrum are encouraged to come out and participate in this Town Hall Meeting.”

      It’s exactly what I was thinking. Constituency, 34 of the Progressive Labour Party, in collaboration with Constituencies 33, 35 and 36 are strong support Constituencies so do you believe we’ll hear any objections to what-ever the Progressive Labour Party suggest or recommend :-(
