Court: 47-Year-Old Man Remanded In Custody

Appearing in Magistrates Court today [May 26], 47-year-old Mr Coltrane Ratteray was not required to enter a plea as the charges against were deemed to be indictable and therefore must be heard in the Supreme Court.

Mr Ratteray was charged with trespassing on a private residence with the intent to steal in April, again on 14th May and another on 18th May. He was also charged with prowling about a residence in May.

All four alleged incidents took place in Warwick Parish.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo  ordered that Mr Ratteray must be kept in custody until the Supreme Court Arraignments Session on 1st July.
