Butterfield April 2016 Treasury Shares-Buy Back
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Bank of N.T.Butterfield & Son Limited [the “Bank”] announced that during the month of April 2016, the Bank purchased for Treasury 364,551 Common Shares at an average price of $1.64 per share. In addition, the Bank did not purchase for cancellation any Preference Shares.
